Roberts Vardy Associates were engaged in June 2015 to project manage the stock survey programme. This evolved into a range of specialist advice providing the survey design brief and procurement packages tailored to suit the tenure of the stock, overseeing appointment of contractors, surveyor training and project management to completion, all of which were subject to audit and independent review and all achieved a high level of accuracy. The results have provided assurance to our audit team , the Board and the Social Housing Regulator. Roberts Vardy Associates were commissioned by Habinteg to produce a stock condition scope and design specification for 3200 surveys across England. The scope not only included condition of planned maintenance components but also the decent homes standard, HHSRS, and a comprehensive section on accessibility of homes.
