Roberts Vardy Associates was founded in 2015 by owner and director Glen Vardy. Glen is proud to have accrued more than 25 years of experience managing and delivering asset management strategies and maintenance services within the social housing sector. He and his team’s expertise enables us to provide a wide range of asset management and property maintenance consultancy services for housing associations and organisations. Based in North Nottinghamshire we cover all areas in England, Scotland and Wales.
Our primary focus is the provision of tailored technical and strategic solutions to clients with existing property portfolios. We have a proven track record within the public sector, with our main client base being regional and national registered providers of social housing. We are committed to providing our clients and their stakeholders with a fully comprehensive system of support, underpinned with excellent service delivery. We have experience in all areas of asset management and maintenance services within a social housing environment with staff having held technical, management and senior management positions in both public and private sector organisations including asset management, surveying, planned maintenance, direct labour management and responsive repairs.
