Accessible Home Surveys

Roberts Vardy Associates were commissioned by Habinteg to produce a stock condition scope and design specification for 3200 surveys across England. The scope not only included condition of planned maintenance components but also the decent homes standard, HHSRS and a comprehensive section on accessibility of homes. A review of lifecycles and component replacement costs was also undertaken.

Following completion of the surveys Roberts Vardy Associates were asked to review survey data and carry out analysis of Decent Homes and HHSRS failures. This assisted Habinteg in producing work packages to resolve Decent Homes and HHSRS failures.
