Roberts Vardy Associates Ltd are currently commissioned by Home Group to provide project management services for their Fire Door Inspection Survey Project. The commission has included the scope and design specification for fire inspection surveys to ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, BS9999 and BS8214.

Bespoke mobile data collection and work flow management
The commission has been further extended with Roberts Vardy Associates designing and providing bespoke mobile data collection software to produce a bespoke asset register and attributes of all fire doors across all tenures. The software also identifies non-compliant doors with required actions.
Home Group’s Integrator asset management system is being further developed by Roberts Vardy Associates and IHS to enable detailed servicing and compliance information to be held. Resultant actions and specifications for works are supplied by consultant’s which are seamlessly imported into
Integrator where workflow management monitors completion of works.
