Care & Support Stock Condition Surveys

Roberts Vardy Associates Ltd were appointed by Home Group to produce a survey design and tender documentation to enable a stock condition survey of its care and support portfolio to be tendered. The design scope not only included condition of planned maintenance components but also the decent homes standard, HHSRS, and a section on property remodelling potential.

Working with the in-house procurement team and supporting asset management staff in the interview and selection process an experienced and competent surveying contractor was successfully appointed through an OJEU tender process.
