LiveSmart Stock Condition & RdSAP Surveys
Roberts Vardy Associates were commissioned by Home Group to project manage and produce a stock condition scope and design specification for 350 LiveSmart property surveys across Leeds and Sheffield. The scope not only included condition of planned maintenance components but also the decent homes standard, HHSRS, RdSAP and a comprehensive section on white goods and other furnishings. A review of lifecycles and component replacement costs was also undertaken.

The survey data was collected by surveyors using Notus mobile software supplied by Integrated Housing Solutions with the survey design, setup and project management carried out by Roberts Vardy Associates.
Following completion of the surveys Roberts Vardy Associates were asked to review survey data and carry out analysis of Decent Homes and HHSRS failures. This assisted Home Group in identifying work packages to resolve Decent Homes and HHSRS failures. Home Group has since made the decision to dispose of this portfolio.
